第一章 微控制器应用系统综合课程设计的目的意义

1.1 设计目的

自动化工程训练是为自动化专业开设的课程设计教学环节,其目的在于培养学生综合运用理论知识来分析和解决实际问题的能力,是通过设计以微控制器为核心的单片机检测系统,加深学生对微控制器技术的了解,进一步掌握其程序设计与硬件接口技术。

本课程的主要任务是运用所学微控制器技术、微机原理等方面的知识,设计出一台以80C32MCU为核心的单片机数据采集、通讯或测控系统,完成信息的采集、处理、输出及人机接口电路等部分的软、硬件设计。

1.2 课程设计的基本要求

本课程设计涉及《微控制器技术》课程的基本概念和理论,主要要求学生掌握微控制器的指令系统、中断技术、总线扩展、模拟与数字I/O接口技术与通讯技术等,重点是培养学生掌握微控制器在自动化测控应用系统中的设计与开发方法。

课程设计的基本要求如下:

1.掌握单片微控制器硬件结构和工作原理、中断与定时系统、嵌入式应用、现场总线等基本概念和原理;

2.熟悉8/16位单片微控制器(8X51/196系列)的主要功能单元和指令系统;

3.熟悉测控网络中嵌入式微控制器的应用和现场总线应用技术。 4.利用微控制器的接口技术进行简单的测控及自动化应用系统设计; 5.每人提交系统设计报告一份,现场演示验收设计系统。

第二章 交通信号灯实时控制系统设计任务

2.1 设计内容及要求

本课题是设计制作一个交通信号灯实时控制系统。

①在一个十字路口的一条主干道和一条支干道上分别装上一套红、黄、绿3种信号灯:用按键开关模拟十字路口的车辆检测传感器信号。在一般情况下,主干道上的绿灯常亮,而支干道总是红灯。

②当检测到支干道上来车时(用按键开关模拟),主干道的绿灯转为黄灯,持续4S后,又变为红灯,同时支干道由红灯变为绿灯。

③支干道绿灯亮后,或者检测到主干道上来了3辆(用3个按键开关模拟),或者虽未来3辆车,但支干道绿灯已经持续了25s,则支干道立即变为黄灯,4s后转为红灯,同时主干道由红灯变为绿灯。

④在液晶屏上模拟显示道路通行情况。

设计要求:设计出电路原理图,说明工作原理,编写程序及程序流程图

2.2 课程设计的要求

运用8032单片机及其外围芯片,达到设计所要求的效果。

第三章 总体设计方案

3.1 设计思想

本设计主要用到8032单片机、定时器、红黄绿灯各两个、LCD显示屏一块、开关两个以及导线若干。

设计中,我将P1口作为输出,用以控制六个LED灯的亮或者灭。P3口作为输出,其中P3.3用于模拟支干道来的车辆,P3.2用于模拟主干道来的车辆。当程序运行后,初始状态为主干道通行,即主干道绿灯常亮,支干道亮红灯。LCD显示屏显示主干道通行。如下图3.1所示:

当检测到支干道上来车,即P3.3=1后,道路通行状态改变,主干道亮黄灯,支干道亮红灯,为等待通行状态。LCD显示屏显示等待状态。图下图3.2所示:

4秒钟后,支干道通行,即主干道亮红灯,支干道亮绿灯。LCD显示屏显示支干道通行。如下图3.3所示:

在这个状态下,如果在25秒内主干道来的车少于3辆,则支干道通行状态保持不变。如果在25秒内主干道来了3辆车,则马上转变通行状态,主干道亮红灯,支干道亮绿灯,为等待通行状态。LCD显示等待通行状态。如下图3.4所示:

4秒钟后,返回初始状态:主干道通行。如图3.1所示。

第四章 硬件设计

4.1 硬件设计概要 1. DVCC系列实验系统状态

1.DVCC系列实验系统应设置为51状态 对DVCC--598H机型:

a.SKI位1-5置ON,位6--10置OFF,为CPU工作在51系统; b.SK2位1-2置ON,串行口为51监控系统用;

c.SK3位1-10置ON,为CPU总线切换开关工作在51系统; d.SK4、SK5置OFF,为CPU总线切换开关工作在51系统;

e.卧式KBB置51,96位置(在主机的左中偏上),立式KBB开关置51,88

位置(在DVCC的键盘上方),为工作在51系统; f.短路块DLl一DL4的位1-2相连,为51工作状态;

2. 如果系统用于仿真外接用户系统,将40芯仿真电缆一头插入系统中J6插座,另一头插人用户系统的8051 CPU位置,注意插人方向,仿真头上小红点表示第一脚,对应用户8051 CPU第一脚。

3. 接上+5V电源,将随机配备的2芯电源线,红线接人外置电源的+5V插孔,黑线接人外置电源地插座。上电后,DVCC系列实验系统上显示“P.”闪动。 2. DVCC实验系统的启动

上电后,实验系统应显示闪动的“P”,否则按RESET按钮,如再无显示,立即关掉电源,仔细检查后再试,待系统正常启动后,它有两种运行模式:其一为独立运行模式;其二为串行模式。

1.独立运行模式

如果是独立运行,按单片机实验指导书的第五章键盘监控命令简介进人键盘管理监控,就能马上做实验。该模式下人机通过键盘显示相互交流信息,运行调试程序,详细操作见第五章单片机仿真实验系统键盘监控命令简介。

2.串行运行模式

该模式下在Win9X/NT软件的支持下,人机通过上位机的键盘显示相互交流信息,运行调试程序。如果连上位机工作,必须将随机配备的D型9芯插头一端

插人DVCC系统J2插座,另一端插人上位机串行口COM1—COM2任选。然后按DVCC实验系统PCDBG键,再运行上位机上的DVCC联机软件,双方建立通信。

4.2 所用到的芯片及其各自功能说明 4.2.1 芯片列表

交通信号灯实时控制系统所用到的芯片有:80C32、8253A以及LCD显示屏。 4.2.2 80C32的功能简介

80C32是INTEL公司MCS-51系列单片机中基本的产品,它采用INTEL公

司可靠的CHMOS工艺技术制造的高性能8位单片机,属于标准的MCS-51的HCMOS产品。它结合了HMOS的高速和高密度技术及CHMOS的低功耗特征,标准的MCS-51单片机体系结构和指令系统。

80C32内置8位中央处理单元、256字节内部数据存储器RAM、32个双向输入/输出(I/O)口、3个16位定时/计数器和5个两级中断结构,一个全双工串行通信口,片内时钟振荡电路。但80C32片内并无程序存储器,需外接ROM。 此外,80C32还可工作于低功耗模式,可通过两种软件选择空闲和掉电模式。在空闲模式下冻结CPU而RAM定时器、串行口和中断系统维持其功能。掉电模式下,保存RAM数据,时钟振荡停止,同时停止芯片内其它功能。80C32有PDIP(40pin)和PLCC(44pin)两种封装形式。 主要功能特性:

· 标准MCS-51内核和指令系统 · 外部程序存储器ROM地址空间64kB · 32个可编程双向I/O口

· 256x8bit内部RAM(可扩充64kB外部存储器) · 3个16位可编程定时/计数器 · 时钟频率3.5-12MHz · 5个中断源 · 5.0V工作电压 · 全双工串行通信口 · 布尔处理器 · 2层优先级中断结构 · 兼容TTL和CMOS逻辑电平 · PDIP(40)和PLCC(44)封装形式 · 空闲和掉电节省模式

4.2.3 8253A的功能简介 8253由以下几个部分组成:

(1) 数据总线缓冲器(8位、三态、双向); (2) 读/写控制逻辑;

CS:片选信号,低电平有效; RD:读信号,低电平有效; WR:写信号,低电平有效 A1A0:端口选择信号 (3) 三个通道( 0 ~ 2); (4) 一个控制寄存器;

当A1A0分别为00 01 10 11时分别选中三个通道和控制字寄存器在8088系统中,8088的A1A0分别与8253的A1A0相连在8086系统中,通常将8253的8位数据线与8086的低8位相连,即使用偶地址,所以8086的A2A1分别与8253的A1A0相连 Intel 8253是一片具有三个独立的16位计数器通道的可编程定时器/计数器芯片。每个通道都可以编程设定6种工作方式之一种;

由于8253的读/写操作对系统时钟没有特殊的要求,因此它几乎可以应用与由任何一种微处理器组成的系统中,可作为可编程的方波频率发生器、分频器、实时时钟、事件计数器和单脉冲发生器等。

计数器(0 ~ 2)即三个计数器/定时器通道。每个通道包括:8位控制字寄存器、16位计数初值寄存器、减一计数器和输出锁存器。作定时器用:其CLK端上的输入脉冲应是标准的、精确的;作计数器用:对其CLK端上的脉冲计数,脉冲宽度可以不等。采用减一计数器,为0时,从OUT端上输出一个脉冲定时时间 = 时钟脉冲周期X预置的计数初值

4.2.4 LCD的功能简介

LCD 液晶显示器是 Liquid Crystal Display 的简称,LCD 的构造是在两

片平行的玻璃当中放置液态的晶体,两片玻璃中间有许多垂直和水平的细小电线,透过通电与否来控制杆状水晶分子改变方向,将光线折射出来产生画面。 液晶显示模块的结构特点:

内藏T6963C的液晶显示模块上已经实现了T6963C与行、列驱动器及显示缓冲区RAM的接口,同时也已用硬件设置了液晶屏的结构(单、双屏),数据传输方式,显示窗口长度、宽度等等。我们常用的液晶显示模块一般都是单屏结构,因此我们这里只讨论单屏结构的液晶显示模块。内藏T6963C的单屏结构点阵图形液晶显示模块的方框图如下:

4.3 硬件电路设计系统原理图及其说明

本设计的硬件电路接线分为两部分,其一为P3.2与P3.3输入、P1口输出实验电路接线;其二为LCD液晶显示接口实验电路接线。分别如下图4.4和4.5所示:

第六章 系统调试及使用说明

DVCC系列实验系统实验调试有关说明 1. 实验的一般步骤 a.运行DVCC软件。

b.编写源程序、汇编排错、形成正确的源文件. ASM ,并生成中间文件.OBJ。

c.编译、连接,形成最终目标文件. ABS d.装载最终目标文件到实验系统的仿真RAM区。 e.调试实验程序,若有错则重复b—d。 2. 实验过程中的几点特别说明:

a. 在进入实验前请仔细阅读单片机实验指导书的第四章到第六章全部内容,为后面实验的顺利进行做好准备。

b. 本实验实验指导书中实验原理图上的粗线部分表示用户实验时要用导线连接的。

3.实验过程中实验结果的查看

a. 仿真实验系统除在连续运行或在上位机联机状态下,一般不按RESET总清键,只按MOV键返回监控。

b. 实验中某些实验结果的查看可采用下列办法:

△ 以单步方式运行后,再进入存贮器、寄存器检查、修改等状态,再查

看结果。

△ 在合适的地方设置断点或结束地址,全速运行程序,当程序运行到

断点时会自动停下来,再进入存贮器,寄存器检查、修改等状态,以查看结果。

△ 开启有关变量窗口、寄存器窗口,以连续单步方式运行程序,在窗口中观察运行结果。

实验中需要特别注意的是:在接线的时候,一定要先关闭电源,插完线后

要仔细检查,以免因插线错误而造成开发机损坏。 如果实验需要用到拓展芯片,则须在选项中设置为内程序、外数据。

第七章 收获、体会

做了三周的课程设计,让人感受颇深,特别是有关于单片机方面的知识。 由于感觉上学期单片机课程枯燥无味,所以我对于单片机的各种知识并不怎么熟悉,这导致我一开始就遇到了难题,程序不太懂、芯片的作用不清楚、芯片各引脚的功能也不知道。这让我在开始的几天简直寸步难行。为了解决这个问题,我利用课余时间恶补单片机的知识,终于,功夫不负有心人,我终于完成了我的课题:交通信号灯实时控制系统设计。

在学习和实践的过程中,我熟悉了DVCC单片机开发系统的各种操作;记住了各硬件的作用及其引脚的功能;巩固了上学期所学的各种伪指令的功能和寄存器的用法以及编程的技巧;最让我感觉到收获的是我明白了怎样让LCD显示屏显示出自己所期望的画面。

我觉得作为一名自动化专业的学生,单片机的课程设计是很有意义的。更重要的是如何把自己平时所学的东西应用到实际中。虽然自己对于这门课懂的并不多,很多基础的东西都还没有很好的掌握,觉得很难,也没有很有效的办法通过自身去理解,但是靠着这三个礼拜的学习,在老师和同学的帮助和讲解下,渐渐对这门课程产生了些许兴趣,自己开始主动学习并逐步从基础慢慢开始弄懂它。我认为这个收获应该说是相当大的。
