Abstract. According to the higher education popularity, the increasingly serious present situation, proposed the university graduates in the course of employment education method and some of graduation design in order to let the students, in the last phase of education, and gradually adapt to future employment. Through the rich sources of graduation design and implementation mode, implement the layer teaching and their goal, our goal is to explore the undergraduate course education mode, combined with the requirements of the development of individualized education goals. Employment The ability of undergraduate education diversified, establishing schools and employment agencies of the bridge between, improving the students' employment competition ability, meet the need of the employing unit.

1 Significance and Current Situation of Research

By the end of 2005, more than half 23000000 students, was in 15000000 and more than 900000 cases in the undergraduate course graduate, and the current students scale ranks first in the world. Many university degree education recruit students, is 770. The qualification In 1999, witnessed the first and the expansion of higher education, China's higher education facing the upcoming promotion. In this case the rapid development of higher education to the rapid increase of college and university students, improve the teaching goal of the students' quality by day and night our teacher.

Focus on college students' practice ability education whether can quickly adapt to the future employment and have great influence on the employment of the university. According to the notice on enhancing and shy; graduation design (or paper) work in university \"issued by the office of ministry of education, the graduation design plays a not shy; replace undergraduate education and function, strengthen the quest for truth of social ideology, development foundation and scientific research training, improve the comprehensive practice ability, it is a kind of important manifestation of education and labor, combined with production.

Social practice is an important link, education college students' innovative ability, practice ability and entrepreneurial spirit. In addition, the graduation design of quality assessment is an important basis for teaching the overall level, graduation, degree quality authentication [1,2]. Graduation design is in the university last practice stage, can build the bridge between college students and engineers. In this stage, the knowledge system is the realization of the engineering college students enough illustrations. At the same time, college students to have a relatively plenty of practice time, realize the engineering drawings or technical file form, or even a real product through the full use of their knowledge and careful planning their project. What is the best graduate design practice, help explain ability training and education undergraduates their innovation ability and engineering quality.

The quality of graduation design directly affect the quality of the project in the university of technology, undergraduate students feel to the employment of college graduates for the understanding of the future, by unit of choose and employ persons, the employment rate of college students university. Therefore, each university in the past practice, pay attention to the graduation design work, according to do well in the graduation design features in the new situation, developed some research in the field of realization method.

2 Problems in Traditional Teaching System of Graduation Design

The current situation of graduation design is not optimistic and there are some problems in graduation design. Firstly, the undergraduates' sense for the objective, the significance and the function of graduation design is not sufficient. Therefore, undergraduates pay few attention to graduation design and even negatively treat graduation design. Some undergraduates study only for employment, obtaining certification and going abroad and they have very obvious utilitarianism. What even worse, some employment units don't' pay attention to graduation design when they select undergraduates, so undergraduates think the graduation design will not effect on their future employment. In the last practice phase, they are busy on finding jobs, don't put enough energy in graduation design, and of course, the quality of graduation design is not well [3,4].

Secondly, due to the pressure of employment, some undergraduates put vast time and energy into finding jobs and the others go all out for the postgraduate entrance examination. Consequently, the time of graduation design can not be guaranteed. Nowadays, we could see some strange phenomena during the graduation design, that is, most of undergraduates are going around all day attending all kinds of job markets, some undergraduates are on duty in some enterprises and the rest are not in the mood of doing graduation design [5].

Thirdly, with the expansion of enrollment in university, the work of teachers is increased dramatically. Teachers have to tutor more than 10 or even 20 undergraduates, so they don't have enough time for each undergraduate, not to mention the lack of real design problem and the unattractiveness of graduation design

contents. Sometimes, teachers give their undergraduates good marks even if the graduation design is not finished well, since the marks of undergraduates have the relationship with the teachers' teaching achievements.

Fourthly, the management for graduation design is uncompleted, the effective supervision mechanism is lack, and the teaching resource is lack [&-9]. Due to the lack of teaching resource, undergraduates get no enough tutoring, and therefore, they could not do graduation design well. Due to the lack of the management and the effective supervision system of graduation design, the graduation design work usually starts on a grand and spectacular scale and ends up rashly. Good graduation design work obtains no rewards and bad one obtains no penalty. Almost all undergraduates could get the pass remarks since their school wants high graduation rate and high employment rate. As the problems we mentioned above exist, we can’t expect the high quality of graduation design.

3 Reform of the Education System in Graduation Design

Graduation design is a basic but very important teaching link in education, advanced engineering talent, is the last of the practice of college students always arrangement in the last term in the university 8 conditions. It to help students develop and test their ability of the comprehensive use what they have learnt can independence to solve engineering problems. At the same time, it can help students in consolidating; strengthen many of their training, to broaden the basic knowledge and skills, to enrich the engineering, knowledge economy, the opportunity for engineering design, training for the development of their strict, accurate, innovative work spirit do technique work. The implementation of the teaching plays an important role in the improvement of college students’ integrated qualities, and helps them to lay a good foundation for their career objectives.

3.1 Guiding Thought of Setting Up Teaching Reform System The guiding thought is:

• studying the features of graduation design under the new circumstances; • analyzing the effect on the quality of graduation design;

• finding the schemes and implementing measurement of multi-channel, extracted graduation design topic to meet the need of different types of graduation designs; • exploring stratification, multiple goals and personalized graduation design modes based on the education goals of different specialties and different course modules; • setting up the supervision, inspection and security measurements for the quality and process of graduation design; and

• perfecting the assessing system for graduation design to sure the graduation design to finish well and on time \"Layered and multi-objective\" means that we choose our students graduate design task according to their specialty, their interest and their future work. We can will be the theme of the graduation design and college students, and then choose the career planning have different requirements for the college student’s graduate students or design task choose according to their interests and career planning.

3.2 Extraction of Graduation Design Topics

Graduation design task is to adapt the knowledge structure of college students as well as possible. If the graduation design topic, from the point of the college students' knowledge structure of knowledge is not enough, the student’s graduate design.

For college students' employment competition ability should strengthen this phase of teaching. The theme of the graduation design can extract common course of study, students' innovative activities, research and training plans, \"promising young\" plan and the theme of the competition. When we will and our general training of graduation design plan, we can know that let students graduate design content as quickly as possible, let them get engineering training as completely is impossible. When we expand course design graduate design, we can let students grasp of professional knowledge, let gradually in the graduation design they use it. When we put the interests of the students graduate design theme from the previous design, extraction can let the student play to students' enthusiasm and initiative. 3.3 Examination and Evaluation

We must improve the assessment and evaluation system, and set up the graduation design graduation-design supervision and intervention system quality and process. From the graduation design of the evaluation of the quality evaluation of teachers' teaching, work and graduation design process must be in control. Not only is the number of graduation design, the quality evaluation, and graduation design. We are very advocate innovation and give full play to the initiative of graduation design and innovation of the undergraduates.

The examination and evaluation method should be improved. The key is put on evaluating the innovation of graduation design and the ability education of solving the engineering problem, not on counting the number of words in thesis and the number of drawings. The key is also put on checking the design contents which are done by undergraduates themselves and tracking the key links of graduation design process in order to avoid hastily working, copying and putting all sorts of things together just before the deadline of graduation design and improve the quality of graduation design. 3.4 Implementation Method

Our approach will lead to some of the teaching reform the traditional teaching mode, absorb some of the teaching reform, combined with the continuous innovation mode, including combined with the study of the theory of the graduation design pattern in the new situation of the graduation design and research practice, in a period of time, application effect feedback or correct teaching mode. In the implementation of article, two principle, follow the education ability: full use of undergraduate students with learning, have been trained and have skilled; Give full play to students' enthusiasm and initiative to teach undergraduate graduation design, complete with high quality and enough. In the process of implementing, we adhere to the people and shy, respect students thought, to let them actively, establish the main position of college students in the process of graduation design, to provide them with sufficient space for development.

The teaching mode and multi-objective layered graduation design. According to the college students' professional knowledge, system, and their interests and future work requirements are different, different subjects and arrangement. In the process of graduation design, the personal feeling is consolidate and trained the purpose of the needs of the development of education, personalized goal is implementation.

4 Conclusions

This paper established the graduation design education system and multi-objective layered in face of the new situation, and puts forward the corresponding education mode. At the same time, this article explore personalized personnel training mode, is a combination of the individuation of development, the college students' employment and education requirement training goal.
