一.教材分析:

1.本课是新课程Go for it八年级(下)第一单元Section B 3a的一篇阅读文章,文章讲 述了作者对未来生活的探讨和预言,设计自己十年后将成为 一名记者。 2.本篇文章的重点语法是用will表达一般将来时。 二.教学目标: 1.知识目标

1)学生要掌握的重点词汇7个(黑体的) : fall fall in love with alone keep pets probably be able to dress

2)要求学生理解词汇的4个:parrot go skating suit casually . 2.能力目标

通过对课文的学习,学会一般将来时的表达法,学会预测未来,陈述自己的观点。 3.情感目标

通过本篇章的教学,培养学生大胆想象的能力,激发学生认真掌握知识以创造更加美好的未来。

三.完成任务所需要的语言结构:

1.will+动词原形(be, do)表示将来发生的事; 2.I think句型;

3.there be 句型的一般将来时 4.more的用法

四、学法向导:

1.会用英语进行采访:十年后的你。

五. 课前准备: 梦想未来:谈谈你对自己未来10年的设计与梦想。(任务一) 六.教学过程

Step1. 在解决阅读这个任务时,运用三个层次深入导入的步骤:第一步回答问题,培养学生细读问题,把握全文;第二步任务型阅读,培养学生运用英语解决实际问题的能力,再一次把握全文;第三步,会用英语进行采访:十年后的你。 Step2.揭示主题

1)Everyone has a dream for the future. And we predict what our life will be in ten years or twenty years.

2)Show the picture of “Shanghai East Pearl”to the students. T: What is this? Ss:上海东方明珠。 T:Where is it? Ss:上海、浦东。

T:I have ever been to ShangHai .It is beautiful . Do you think so ? S1:Yes.

T: Have you been there? S2: No.

T: Do you like to go there? S2: Yes.

T: I will go there during the summer vacation again. Will you go with me? S2: OK.

T: Shanghai is a very beautiful city. If you go to Shanghai, you will fall in love with it. (引出词汇 fall in love with)

1.Ask the students to read the passage more carefully to answer the following questions: 1).What does Ming want to be in ten years? 2).Why does Ming want to live in Shanghai ? 3).Will she have pets?

4).What pet will she keep?

5).How will she be able to dress at the weekends?

6).Why does she like living in an apartment with her best friends? 7).Why does she like keeping a pet parrot?

( Play the tape first , then students read the passage themselves and answer the questions . After five minutes check the answers .)

2.Ask the students to read the passage more carefully and fill in the chart.

Step 6. Underline the main phrases and sentences with the grammar.(强调一般将来时will的 用法)

Step 7. 学生相互探讨各自未来10年的设计与梦想。(任务三)

(1)学生四人一组把课前准备的“梦想未来:谈谈你对自己未来10年的设计与梦想” (2)然后派代表上台陈述本组同学对自己未来10年的设计与梦想。 Step 8. Homework

书面表达:What will your life be like in ten years? 六.教学反思:

1.本课“What life will be in ten years?”遵循了任务型设计的原则,富有趣味性;

2.授课中注重了阅读课文的整体教学,让学生学会预测和设想,每一个学生均能通过视、听等多媒体更轻松、更直观地了解课文内容;

3.任务设计明确,能贴进学生的生活语言使用环境,发挥了学生的自主性和创造性; 4.培养了学生大胆想象将来的生活能力;从而增强了学习的兴趣;

5.大部分学生们都积极地运用所学的语言完成本课任务,课堂气氛活跃,取得了良好的效果。

6.少部分学生由于英语基础差,在独立阅读方面不能独立完成任务,需要加强。
